Lately, I have found that the rose swirl is by far the most popular wedding cupcake design. When a client is looking for something simple, yet elegant, the rose swirl always wins.
I use the classic 1M tip, starting in the centre and slowly swirling outwards. It looks fantastic on the cupcakes, but also makes for a terrific cutting cake covering.
Never underestimate the beauty in a simple design.
