Purple Hearts Wedding


Hearts were so effective in dressing up the wedding cupcakes. These cupcakes were piped with a rose swirl using a 1M tip. They were finished off with a tiny purple heart. The cupcakes came in Red Velvet with Vanilla buttercream and Cookies&Cream with Chocolate buttercream.
The bride and groom chose a traditional fruit cake for their cutting cake. This cake, covered in white rolled fondant, had an entwined purple heart topper set off by purple shimmer dust. The shimmer was applied using white rum. All was assembled up on an offset square tier for a diamond-like effect.
