I Heart Cupcakes
Our inspiration for these was our love of Disney. The cake is a basic vanilla with a vanilla buttercream and the decorations are made with sugarpaste. The paste was stiffened up with some gum tragacanth to make sure the ears stood upright and left to dry before putting them in the cakes.
