I adapted these strawberry daiquiri cupcakes from a recipe from The Hummingbird Bakery as they weren’t alcoholic enough! Each cupcake is finished with handmade fondant strawberry decorations on top of delicious strawberry buttercream, that contains rum and fresh blended strawberries. The cake is a vanilla sponge recipe infused with white rum and sugar, filled with tiny pieces of rum soaked fresh strawberry. Naughty but very nice!
