Pink Princess Pastry

My inspiration for the first set of cupcakes came from my new toys. I finally got an Americolor Airbrush machine and my Martha Stewart Cricut Cake. I love them! My neighbor ordered cupcakes for her mother’s birthday brunch. She told me that her mother is fierce and fun. So, we decided on pink cheetah cupcake holders its fierce and fun. My neighbor left the deco up to me. I love when that happens. So, I used Wilton tip #21 the star tip and piped rosettes on each cupcake. When completed I used my Americolor Airbrush system to spray paint the cupcakes using food color. To top it off, I made her Jumbo Cupcakes and airbrushed them in two tones purple and pink topped off with matching fondant hearts. I love my new toys are it saves us a lot of time.
