Christmas Cakelettes Are Cupcake Too

These Christmas cakelettes were a spin off our Holiday Cakelettes. They are a vanilla cake with a stiffened cream cheese frosting top.
The snowflake cakelettes feature two gum paste snowflakes, sprayed with Pearl Color Mist and sprinkled with sugar crystals. Each cakelette was sprayed with Silver Color Mist.
The holly cakelettes feature 3 gum paste leaves, sprayed with Pearl Color Mist and sprinkled with green sugar crystals. Each cakelette was sprayed with Red Color Mist, which ended up giving the appearance of candy canes.
