These were created with the Wilton 2×2 square pan. Each is a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and covered in buttercream fondant.
The snowflake cakelettes feature standing gum paste snowflakes, hand drawn star bursts, bling stones, sugar pearls and are then finished with a silver shimmer ribbon. Each snowflake was sprayed with Wilton Pearl Color Mist.
The santa and holly cakelettes feature gum paste holly leaves, also sprayed with Wilton Pearl Color Mist and textured with green sugar crystals. There are hand drawn holly boughs surrounding the cakelettes and they are detailed with silver sugar pearls. Each cakelette is trimmed with a santa belt and buckle.
